Caleb started playing keyboards from a young age, kickstarting a love of performing that has taken him to venues locally and abroad. He aspires to inspire others with his playing just as he has been inspired by great musicians.

A versatile musician with interests in a wide variety of music, Caleb has been able to work in many different situations in his career. Other than being a performer on the stage, he has also lent his sound to many studio works for various artists and projects as a session pianist/keyboard player and collaborator.

Caleb is also an educator who cares about the musical growth of his students. He strongly believes that the musical path is a journey which takes a lifetime to go through. Thus he continues to work on his craft to better communicate with people through his music.

Work

Caleb has had the opportunity to tour Japan, playing at the World Music and Dance Festival 2018 in Hakodate as well as venues in Tokyo. Other international festivals he has performed at include Delhi International Arts Festival in India, PIOM Fest 2018 and venues in Padang, Indonesia; Causeway Exchange KL and Rainforest World Music Festival 2022 in Malaysia and the ASEAN Festival of the Arts 2016 in Brunei.

Other notable work experiences includes sessioning in the house band for a wide variety of Mediacorp TV programmes such as The President's Star Charity (Channel 5), Music Junction (Vasantham), Singapura Live 3.0 (Suria), Elektra (Suria) and Anugerah 2021 (Suria).

Caleb is also a widely sought after music director and arranger. He has helmed the role of music director for artists like Farhan Shah, Syed Azmir and Izat Ibrahim, and has also backed internationally known acts like Yuna, Dayang Nurfaizah, K-pop hiphop duo LeeSang and Singapore's very own rock legend Ramli Sarip or 'Papa Rock' as he is affectionately known as amongst his supporters.
