Lim Fang Jay
Jay is a multilingual performer, singer-songwriter and educator who has always aspired to perform on stage since young. Born in Singapore but growing up in Guangdong, China, he was inspired to start singing in Mandarin and Cantonese, in addition to English repertoires.
In 2014, he decided to dedicate his full attention to music, and in 2023 will graduate with a BA(Hons) Music from LASALLE College of the Arts. Jay hopes to refine his skills as a musician and songwriter by writing original music and performing on stages throughout Singapore. After graduation, he intends to teach full-time and perform on a regular basis.
Work
Jay sings lead for two bands – The Next Exit and Violent Pudding. He has performed with his bands at public performances and other formal occasions.
