Muhammad Arshad Bin Ahad
Arshad is an aspiring musician who is passionate about music and arts pedagogy. He will be graduating in 2023 with a BA(Hons) Music from LASALLE College of the Arts, specialising in electronic music.
Arshad has been singing for 12 years and has attained a distinction in London College of Music Grade 8 in Popular Vocals. During his time at LASALLE, he chose to specialise in electronic music as he wanted to explore music technology to enhance his knowledge of music production. Arshad strives and aspires to be a music educator and music producer.
Work
Arshad has done an internship at Ngee Ann Secondary School as a teacher. Some of his tasks include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, classroom and relief teaching, marking assignments and administrative duties.
Arshad is also a senior vocal instructor at Emerge Arts and Media Academy, educating students to improve pitch, tone, range and song delivery. He assesses his students' skills, strengths and weaknesses, and then tailors lessons according to their needs and specifications.
