Daniela Isabel A Lim I-Lin (Dani)
Dani is a Filipino-Singaporean drummer. She finds great privilege in simply being part of the music— a guiding principle she applies in her drumming practice. Under the tutelage of Soh Wen Ming, she works diligently to deepen her understanding of the craft in the hopes of giving her platform justice and proving herself worthy of a spot on stage. Dani is also a visual artist and a licensed architect.
Work
Dani performed for the LASALLE pre-Rock and Indie Festival industry event (2021) and Live at the Octagon (2022) for Empyral Records. She played for several bands for the annual LASALLE Diploma in Music Showcase (2022) as well as accompanied recital performances for Ng Wei Teng, Wynn Tan, Akidsyakir, Choo Yingxin, Isabel Tan, Megan Yuen, and Phyllis Soh in 2022 and 2023.
She also does visual art and design under the moniker planet_dani, creating visuals and album covers for musicians, gig posters and merchandise.
